These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and BKR888 ("BKR888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the BKR888 website located at bkr888.cam, including all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Services").

By creating a BKR888 account, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound in full by these Terms and all other applicable policies published on this site, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy. These policies are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

BKR888 is an online entertainment platform offering sportsbook and casino gaming services to players in permitted jurisdictions globally. This platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves financial risk, and outcomes are never guaranteed.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the BKR888 platform by a User in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's account, excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or other incentive offered by BKR888 subject to terms and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the process of verifying a User's identity through submission of government-issued identity documents and supporting evidence.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked on qualifying games before they become withdrawable as real money.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game or other wagering opportunity made available through the platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, state or territory in which access to, or use of, online gambling services is prohibited or regulated in a manner that prevents lawful participation.
• "Operator" refers to the entity that manages and operates the BKR888 platform and its associated services.

To register and maintain an account on BKR888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the license jurisdiction applicable to your account. BKR888 strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be currently subject to any self-exclusion order, account suspension or ban issued by BKR888 or any affiliated operator.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor or agent of BKR888 or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries or partners, unless explicit written consent has been granted.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on BKR888. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, including the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information. BKR888 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorized such activity.
• Immediately notifying BKR888 at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring that your device, network and access method are appropriately secured when accessing the platform.

BKR888 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. We will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

All deposits made to a BKR888 account must be funded from a payment source that belongs to and is registered in the name of the account holder. BKR888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts, and any deposits identified as originating from a third-party source may be refunded and the associated account suspended.

Deposits are made for the purpose of wagering on available sports markets and casino games. BKR888 does not provide banking services — the platform is not a financial institution and funds held in an account do not accrue interest.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are set by the operator. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

Withdrawal of funds from a BKR888 account is subject to the following conditions:

• All applicable KYC verification requirements must be satisfied prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• The name and identity of the withdrawal recipient must exactly match the verified account holder identity.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance being withdrawn must be fully met before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• Withdrawal requests must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected payment method at the time of the request.
• BKR888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible.

Processing times vary by payment method and operator workload. BKR888 makes no guarantee as to specific withdrawal processing times. Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched, the time taken for funds to appear in the recipient account is subject to the policies of the receiving financial institution or payment provider.

BKR888 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

• Each promotional offer is subject to individual wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories and expiry periods which will be stated at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise by the operator.
• BKR888 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of abuse, technical error or changes to operational conditions.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Systematic exploitation of bonuses for financial gain, including through coordinated wagering patterns or abuse of promotional terms, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value except where expressly stated.

All wagers placed on BKR888 are subject to the general and sport-specific rules published on the platform. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable betting rules before placing any wager.

• Wagers are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to any applicable terms relating to obvious errors in pricing.
• BKR888 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or as a result of technical faults, and will refund the original stake in such cases.
• In the event of a sporting event being postponed, abandoned or rescheduled, settlement will follow the specific sport rules applicable to that market.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning. Results are final.
• BKR888 reserves the right to limit or refuse wagers at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market, as displayed within the relevant section of the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BKR888 and constitute material breaches of this Agreement. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, forged or misleading identity documents during KYC verification.
• Using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including unauthorized use of payment instruments, chargeback abuse or money laundering.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or other software to manipulate platform activity or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to exploit games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing BKR888 staff or other platform users.
• Allowing a minor or any ineligible person to access your account.

BKR888 operates in compliance with applicable KYC and AML obligations. As part of these obligations, BKR888 may request the following documentation from users at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of payment account, card image with middle digits obscured).
• Source of funds documentation in cases involving large deposits or high-volume wagering activity.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities and, if unresolved, permanent account closure. BKR888 reserves the right to retain any funds pending regulatory compliance obligations.

BKR888 will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Users must not use the platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing or distributing any Content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software component of the platform.
• Using the BKR888 brand name, logo or trademarks without explicit written authorisation.
• Framing, scraping or mirroring any part of the platform on an external website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BKR888 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain appropriate security measures.
• Interruption, unavailability or errors in the platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party provider issues or circumstances beyond BKR888's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds or data published on the platform.
• Any legal consequences you face in your jurisdiction as a result of accessing or using the platform in contravention of applicable local law.

Nothing in this clause shall limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

BKR888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has engaged in fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct.
• KYC verification has not been completed within a required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account poses regulatory or legal risk to the operator.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by the operator's dormant account policy.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds and any funds subject to an ongoing investigation) will be returned to the User via their verified payment method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed and registered, as applicable to the operator's legal entity at the time of the dispute.

In the event of a dispute between you and BKR888, you are encouraged to contact the BKR888 support team in the first instance via [email protected]. BKR888 will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution process available under the operator's license jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

BKR888 reserves the right to update, revise or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, BKR888 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users — for example by displaying a notice on the platform or by email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page indicates the date on which the current version of these Terms entered into force. Your continued use of the platform following publication of an updated version constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.
